Illuminated billboards on a city street at night

Marketing strategy, planning, pricing and sales-outlet advice, digital campaigns, branding and corporate identity, and public relations for businesses launching or growing in the UAE, by Velarozone. The work starts from the licence and the market the business actually has, so every campaign promotes something the company is permitted to sell to people who can buy it.

Scope

What you get, and what we never do

What is included

  • A go-to-market strategy grounded in the licensed activities and the UAE market.
  • A marketing plan with priorities, a calendar, a budget you set and agreed measures.
  • Pricing and sales-channel recommendations with the reasoning written down.
  • Digital campaign set-up, management and monthly outcome reporting.
  • Brand identity and the asset kit every channel draws on.
  • Press materials and media relations for announcements that merit them.
  • For VARA-licensed entities, campaign review against VARA's Marketing Regulations before anything is published.

What is not

  • Media spend itself, which is paid by you to the platforms and publishers directly.
  • Marketing for a virtual-asset business that does not hold a VARA licence.
  • Any guarantee of rankings, traffic, followers, leads or revenue.
  • Website development beyond the landing pages a campaign needs.

What it costs

A retainer or a fixed fee; media at cost.

Nothing is marked up inside a fee: what is spent on media is what the platform charged.

How the work is priced

A monthly retainer for the scope โ€” strategy, campaigns, brand, public relations โ€” or a fixed fee for a defined piece, stated in the engagement letter.

Media and production

Advertising spend, production and third-party tools are passed through at cost, itemised, never marked up inside a fee.

The VelaroZone service fee

The team's time, itemised in your engagement letter.

You see the media bill and our fee as two lines, never one.

Compared

Marketing through Velarozone against the ways it is usually bought.

The difference is who knows what the licence permits before the campaign is written.

Process

How the work is sequenced

Each stage has its own dependencies and we report progress against them, not against one overall date.

  1. 01

    Strategy

Licence, market, customers and offer reviewed together and the positioning decided.

  2. 02

    Plan

Priorities, calendar, budget and measures agreed and written down.

  3. 03

    Build

Brand assets, landing pages, campaign structures and press materials produced.

  4. 04

    Run and report

Campaigns live, results reported monthly against the plan, and the plan adjusted on the evidence.

How it works

Marketing is done by the Velarozone team that set the company up and knows what its licence permits.

Where an activity is regulated โ€” a virtual-asset service under VARA's marketing rules, a financial product โ€” the campaign is built within those rules and the adviser who knows the regulator reviews it first.

Common questions

Straight answers

Why does marketing start from the licence?
Because a UAE company may only promote and sell the activities on its licence, and an authority or a platform can act on a campaign that promotes something else. Starting from the licence also settles the first strategic question โ€” which activity leads โ€” before any money is spent.
Do you handle marketing for crypto and virtual-asset businesses?
Only for entities that hold a VARA licence. Marketing of virtual-asset activities in Dubai is governed by VARA's Marketing Regulations, and we review each communication against them before it is published. We do not run marketing for a virtual-asset business before its licence is granted.
Who pays for the advertising itself?
You do, directly to the platforms and publishers, on accounts in your company's name. Our work is the strategy, the build, the management and the reporting, priced within your engagement; media spend is never routed through it.
How do you report on digital campaigns?
Monthly, against the measures agreed in the plan โ€” enquiries, sales, sign-ups or whatever the business actually needs โ€” rather than the platform's own vanity figures. If a campaign is not producing the outcome, the report says so and proposes the change.
Can you advise on pricing and where to sell?
Yes. Pricing for the UAE market and the choice of sales outlets โ€” direct, platform, distributor or retail โ€” are part of the strategy work, because they decide what the campaigns have to achieve.
