Walk into the bank review with a file it can say yes to.
- Your profile matched to a bank whose appetite fits it, before any application
- A file that explains the ownership chain and the flows in the bank's own terms
- No promise of an account, a bank or a date: that decision is the bank's

Who this is for
Four files, four different gaps.
Banks decline for the same few reasons; which one applies to you decides the work.
We prepare your UAE corporate bank account file and introduce you to the bank whose appetite matches your profile. We keep a panel of banks and know which of them onboards which client โ free zone or mainland, resident or non-resident shareholders, nationality, activity โ so the introduction goes to a bank that already takes files like yours. Banks are relationships, not revenue: we take no share of anything from a bank, and approval, timing and the account's terms always remain with the bank.
Situation
Where the file starts.
Banks decline for the same few reasons. Each of these starts from a different gap, and the gap decides the work.
A new licence and a first account
The licence is issued and the bank wants to see the business behind it before it opens anything.
โForeign or corporate shareholders
The ownership chain has to be documented to the beneficial owner, in the form the bank's due diligence reads.
โDeclined once already
A review of what the last application was missing, and whether an international account belongs beside the next one.
โInternational flows the bank has to understand
Where the money comes from and goes to, written down so a compliance officer can follow it, with the books to match.

Scope
What you get, and what we never do
What is included
- A banking-readiness review of your structure before filing.
- The application file: licence, ownership chain, UBO, activity narrative, expected flows.
- A shortlist of banks whose appetite matches your profile.
- Introduction coordination and follow-up through review.
- A gap review after any decline.
What is not
- Opening the account (only a bank can).
- Any guarantee of approval, bank or timeline.
- Advice on tax or on structuring flows to avoid scrutiny โ we don't, and a bank spots it.
What it costs
The bank's charges are the bank's; ours are in the letter.
We are not paid by any bank, and no fee of ours buys an account.
The bank's charges
Account opening, minimum balances and monthly fees are the bank's, published in its own schedule and confirmed in its offer; they differ by bank and by profile.
The VelaroZone service fee
The readiness review, the file and the introduction are itemised in your engagement letter.
Not a guarantee
The decision and its timing are the bank's. A fee is charged for the work, never for an outcome.
If someone offers you a bank account for a fee, ask who pays them; we are paid by you, for the file.
Compared
Three ways to approach a UAE bank.
The file is the same; who reads it first is not.
How the three answer the same five questions.

- Your adviser, against what the bank will ask
- Applying directly
- The bank
- An introducer paid by the bank
- Nobody, typically
Bank chosen by

Cost to you

Fits best
- Prepared with Velarozone
- A company whose ownership or flows need explaining
- Applying directly
- A simple local profile with a relationship already
- An introducer paid by the bank
- Hard to say; ask who pays them

Process
How the work is sequenced
Each stage has its own dependencies and we report progress against them, not against one overall date.
- 01
Review
We map your structure, flows and documents against what banks ask.
- 02
Prepare
The file is assembled and the activity story written in the bank's language.
- 03
Submit and track
Introductions made, review followed, questions answered until the decision.
How it works
We assess the fit, prepare the file and make the introduction to a bank whose appetite matches your profile.
The bank onboards you directly, runs its own due diligence and decides. Nothing here is a promise of an account, a particular bank or a date, and we say so before you commit.

Short answers
The question every bank asks
It is asked in three words and it is the hardest part of the file to answer well.
Common questions
Straight answers
- Can you guarantee a UAE corporate bank account?
- No. We prepare and coordinate the application. Every bank runs its own KYC, AML, and risk assessment, and the decision, timing, and choice of bank remain with the bank.
- How long does account opening take?
- It depends entirely on the bank's review. We report progress by stage and pass on information requests promptly.
- What documents will the bank ask for?
- Typically the trade licence and constitutional documents, identity and residency documents for owners and signatories, a business plan or activity description, expected transaction volumes, counterparty details, and source-of-funds evidence.
- Do I need to attend in person?
- Many UAE banks require a meeting or in-person verification for corporate accounts. Requirements vary by bank.
- My application was declined โ can you help?
- Yes. We review the file, identify the likely gaps, and rebuild the pack. We will also tell you if we think another application is premature.
- Do banks pay you to send them clients?
- No. The banks on our panel are relationships, not revenue: we take no share, referral payment or commission from any bank. We introduce you to the bank whose appetite matches your profile because the file fits, and the bank decides on its own criteria.
