We prepare and coordinate corporate bank-account applications. We do not open accounts and cannot guarantee approval, a particular bank, or a timeline. Each bank applies its own KYC, AML, and risk assessment.

International accounts and card programmes are held with internationally regulated, licensed institutions outside the UAE banking system, under those institutions' own onboarding rules, terms and regulatory obligations. They are not a substitute for a UAE bank account where dirham settlement or UAE substance is required.

ICP and the emirate's immigration authority decide green residence applications, renewals and cancellations. MOHRE decides freelance and self-employment permits, and the licensing authority decides company licences. We prepare and coordinate the filings; we do not decide them and cannot promise an outcome.

UAE corporate tax and VAT deregistration depend on your specific facts, including whether returns and liabilities are up to date. Home-country obligations may also apply. We coordinate with your tax adviser and do not give a tax opinion.

Marketing of virtual assets in Dubai, outside DIFC, is governed by the Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority's Regulations on the Marketing of Virtual Assets and Related Activities 2024, in force from 1 October 2024. They apply to licensed and unlicensed entities alike, and fines can reach AED 10,000,000 per violation. Velarozone undertakes virtual-asset marketing only where the entity holds a VARA licence, and reviews each communication before publication.

Licensing decisions, licence categories and the approval of individuals for regulated roles rest with the relevant regulator. Velarozone does not assert licence categories a regulator does not publish and does not promise regulatory outcomes. Fractional appointments that require a regulator's approval are subject to that approval.
