Who this is for
Four briefs, four different starts.
Marketing here begins from the licence and the market, not from a logo.
Velarozone plans and runs marketing for UAE businesses: go-to-market strategy, pricing and sales-outlet advice, digital campaigns, brand identity and public relations. Every campaign starts from the activities on the company's licence, so it promotes only what the company may sell. Virtual-asset marketing is also bound by VARA's Marketing Regulations, which apply whether or not the business holds a VARA licence.
Situation
What you are launching or growing.
Each brief starts with a different gap: no plan, a market that is new, an audience still to build, or rules on what may be said.
A new licence and no plan yet
Choose which licensed activity leads, set a first price list and pick the first sales channel.
โEntering the UAE from another market
Check whether home-market pricing, channels and wording work for UAE buyers, and change what does not.
โA creator or media business
Build the brand and audience first, then agree brand partnerships within what the creator licence covers.
โA regulated activity
A virtual-asset business holding a VARA licence: campaigns reviewed against VARA's Marketing Regulations, which bar claims of guaranteed returns and calls to buy a virtual asset.

Scope
What you get, and what we never do
What is included
- A go-to-market strategy grounded in the licensed activities and the UAE market.
- A marketing plan with priorities, a calendar, a budget you set and agreed measures.
- Pricing and sales-channel recommendations with the reasoning written down.
- Digital campaign set-up, management and monthly outcome reporting.
- Brand identity and the asset kit every channel draws on.
- Press materials and media relations for announcements that merit them.
- For VARA-licensed entities, a review of each campaign against VARA's Marketing Regulations before publication, including the risk disclaimer, labels on paid posts and the eight-year record of what was published.
What is not
- Media spend itself, which is paid by you to the platforms and publishers directly.
- Marketing for a virtual-asset business that does not hold a VARA licence.
- Any guarantee of rankings, traffic, followers, leads or revenue.
- Website development beyond the landing pages a campaign needs.
What it costs
A retainer or a fixed fee; media at cost.
Nothing is marked up inside a fee: what is spent on media is what the platform charged.
How the work is priced
A monthly retainer for an ongoing scope of strategy, campaigns, brand and public relations, or a fixed fee for one defined piece. Either is stated in the engagement letter.
Media and production
Advertising spend, production and third-party tools are passed through at cost, itemised, never marked up inside a fee.
The Velarozone service fee
The team's time, itemised in your engagement letter.
You see the media bill and our fee as two lines, never one.

Process
How the work is sequenced
Each stage has its own dependencies and we report progress against them, not against one overall date.
- 01
Strategy
Licence, market, customers and offer reviewed together and the positioning decided.
- 02
Plan
Priorities, calendar, budget and measures agreed and written down.
- 03
Build
Brand assets, landing pages, campaign structures and press materials produced.
- 04
Run and report
Campaigns live, results reported monthly against the plan, and the plan adjusted on the evidence.
How it works
Marketing is done by the Velarozone team that set the company up and knows what its licence permits.
Where an activity is regulated โ a virtual-asset service under VARA's marketing rules, a financial product โ the campaign is built within those rules and the adviser who knows the regulator reviews it first.

Common questions
Straight answers
- Why does marketing start from the licence?
- Because a UAE company may promote and sell only the activities on its licence, and an authority or a platform can act on a campaign for anything else. It also settles the first strategic question, which activity leads, before any money is spent. In regulated fields the rules go further: VARA requires virtual-asset marketing to comply with every permit and approval that competent authorities impose.
- Do you handle marketing for crypto and virtual-asset businesses?
- Only for entities that hold a VARA licence. VARA's Marketing Regulations apply to any marketing of virtual assets in or targeting the UAE. They keep the client responsible for what its agency publishes and make the agency liable too, so we review each piece before it goes out. We do not run marketing for a virtual-asset business before its licence is granted.
- Who pays for the advertising itself?
- You do, directly to the platforms and publishers, on accounts in your company's name. Our work is the strategy, the build, the management and the reporting, priced within your engagement; media spend is never routed through it.
- How do you report on digital campaigns?
- Monthly, against the measures agreed in the plan, such as enquiries, sales or sign-ups, rather than the platform's own headline figures. If a campaign is not producing the outcome, the report says so and proposes the change.
- Can you advise on pricing and where to sell?
- Yes. Pricing for the UAE market and the choice of sales outlets (direct, platform, distributor or retail) are part of the strategy work, because they decide what the campaigns have to achieve.
