Operational readiness
Corporate bank-account readiness
The short answer
We prepare and coordinate your corporate bank-account application. We do not open accounts and cannot guarantee approval, a particular bank, or a timeline. Banks in the UAE apply customer due diligence in line with central bank standards, so the strength of your documentation and the clarity of your business narrative are what you can actually control.
Most rejected applications are not rejected because the business is bad. They are rejected because the file does not explain the business: what it sells, to whom, how money moves, and where it comes from.
Our work is to make that explanation complete, consistent, and evidenced before submission — and to be honest with you when the profile is likely to attract heavy scrutiny.

Scope of this page
This is for you if
- You have a UAE licence, or one is in progress, and you need an operating account.
- You have international shareholders or cross-border flows to explain.
- A previous application was declined and you want to understand the gaps.
- You want realistic expectations rather than a promise.
This may not be the right route if
- You want a guaranteed account or a named bank as a condition.
- You cannot evidence source of funds or the identity of beneficial owners.
- Your activity or counterparties are ones you would rather not disclose.
- You expect an account without any relationship or in-person requirement.
Decision factors
What actually decides your route
An adviser works through these factors with you before any structure is recommended. Each one can change the licence, the emirate or free zone, the visa allocation, and the banking conversation.
What banks assess, and what we prepare for each item.

Expected flows

Questions
Frequently asked
- Can you guarantee a UAE corporate bank account?
- No. We prepare and coordinate the application. Every bank runs its own KYC, AML, and risk assessment, and the decision, timing, and choice of bank remain with the bank.
- How long does account opening take?
- It depends entirely on the bank's review. We report progress by stage and pass on information requests promptly.
- What documents will the bank ask for?
- Typically the trade licence and constitutional documents, identity and residency documents for owners and signatories, a business plan or activity description, expected transaction volumes, counterparty details, and source-of-funds evidence.
- Do I need to attend in person?
- Many UAE banks require a meeting or in-person verification for corporate accounts. Requirements vary by bank.
- My application was declined — can you help?
- Yes. We review the file, identify the likely gaps, and rebuild the pack. We will also tell you if we think another application is premature.

Start with a structure assessment, not a package
In an initial consultation you receive a plain-language decision summary, a document-preparation list, and the next actions for your situation. It is not an approval, a fixed price, or a tax opinion.
We prepare and coordinate corporate bank-account applications. We do not open accounts and cannot guarantee approval, a particular bank, or a timeline. Each bank applies its own KYC, AML, and risk assessment.
We do not state or imply that applicants of any nationality cannot open a UAE bank account. Additional documentation may be requested depending on the profile.
