A UAE company carries a corporate tax registration and a yearly return, and, once its taxable supplies and imports pass AED 375,000 over 12 months, a VAT registration with a return within 28 days of each tax period. The Starter tax package covers both for a company with up to 50 transactions a year; the Tax & Audit package adds the yearly statutory audit; owners based abroad start with a global tax assessment.

Each package is a yearly engagement with a fixed published price, and nothing is added on top of it. You can order one on its own, or with your company set-up.

The work is done by our finance team with the registered auditor and the tax agents we work with. The engagement letter names who signs what.

If your volume is above 50 transactions a year, or your structure spans more than one country, the global tax assessment comes first and the scope is quoted from it.

Can I buy a package without setting up my company with you?
Yes. Each package can be ordered on its own from this page. A company set up with us takes the Starter package at its combined price.
What happens after I order?
Our finance team reviews the order, confirms the scope and sends your invoice. The work starts once the invoice is paid.
What if I have more than 50 transactions a year?
Tell us your volume when you order or ask for a quote. Above 50 transactions the scope is priced from your books, and we say so before you pay anything.
Who is the global tax assessment for?
Owners based outside the UAE whose company, income or shareholding touches more than one country. It looks at the tax position of the structure and the state of its regulatory tax compliance, and it is quoted for each case.
